BREX Corp. was transformed from a logging business into a construction business in 1971 under the ownership of the late Ralph D. Brown.  Ralph D. Brown & Sons, Inc. (as it was named at that time) focused on residential site work including cellar holes, driveways, septic systems and wells throughout southern York county.  The business was founded on the principals of honesty, integrity, hard work and attention to detail.

  At present, BREX Corp. (as it is now named) is owned and operated by Michael D. and Mark D. Brown, second and third generations of Ralph D. Brown.  BREX Corp. has broadened its markets to include road building and reconstruction, sub-divisions, utilities, commercial, industrial and residential site work.  BREX Corp's geographical area has expanded to include projects from Nashua, New Hampshire to Waldoboro, Maine.  Our clients include local towns and municipalities, Maine Department of Transportation, general contractors, developers and homeowners as well as businesses like CYRO Industries and Pratt & Whitney United Technologies to name a few.
