BREX Corp. worked directly with the United Parcel Service to deliver a parking lot and loading dock expansion at the Wells, ME facility. The project consisted of clearing, blasting, grading, storm drain, two soil filter ponds, slipform curb, site lighting improvements, and striping. We worked with the owner to value engineer a solution to the unsuitable soils that existed onsite.
